This was my #36daysoftype challenge this year. I really wanted something manual that would force me to find solutions based on the material I was using. The idea came from noticing that much like in design, in cooking you easily become accostomed to using the same flavor profiles. So I wanted to push myself to expand my design skills and kitchen chops by finding new spices and trying to integrate them to my everyday designs....and meals.
